LEONDING (AUT): Arriva dall’Austria, da Leonding (cittadina nel distretto di Linz Land nel Nord del Paese) il primo successo internazionale del team MBH Colpack Ballan CSB.
Ad ottenerlo è Zsombor Balogh, corridore della formazione Juniores che vince al termine di 86,4 km di gara coperti in 2h:07’:04”, la 63ª Radsaison-Eröffnungsrennen Leonding. La competizione apriva la stagione internazionale Junior. Per Balogh un successo convincente ottenuto precedendo di 2” l’atleta di casa, Johannes Kosch (RC Areò FELT), e lo slovacco Adam Mrocek (CK Epic Dohanany).
Un bellissimo successo ottenuto al termine di una prova decisamente impegnativa e che vedeva al via un lotto di partenti di alto livello.
Una grande soddisfazione per il nuovo progetto italo-ungherese che vede proprio i giovani regalare la prima soddisfazione alla squadra del team manager Antonio Bevilacqua. La valorizzazione dei giovani ungheresi è una delle mission del gruppo che vede anche un’anima magiara con Gabor Deak affiancato Zoltan Bebto che hanno creduto nel potenziale di questi ragazzi guidati da Gilberto Simoni, Davide Martinelli e dal DS Tamas Safar.
CHI E’ BALOGH: Balogh è nato a Marcali il 10 aprile 2006 ed è al secondo anno nella categoria Junior. Studente al Ginnasio, vive a Keleviz.
DICHIARAZIONI: Subito le parole del vincitore che impreziosirono così il successo già ottenuto in Ungheria da Marcell Takács, 15 giorni fa.
“Che gara tirata! Abbiamo lottato per tutto il percorso giungendo nel finale solo 15 corridori. Avevamo contro avversari di mezza Europa (Austria, Ungheria, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Germania, Serbia, Repubblica Ceca e Romania). Nel finale ho capito che poteva essere la mia gara. Ai meno 700 metri c’era un tratto sul pavé ed ho allungato, con la strada in leggera salita al 2-3%, e approfittando della presenza di alcune curve”.
La strategia del team era chiara. “Avevo carta bianca già dalla riunione di ieri ed il team mi è sempre stato vicino con un finale perfetto”.
I sogni per il futuro. “Vado avanti con la voglia di correre e far bene sempre. Ora vorrei ottenere il posto in nazionale per Europei e Mondiali”.
Balogh si descrive in questo modo: “Mi ritengo un corridore completo, che tiene sulle salite di 2-3 chilometri”. La sua opinione sul team: “Questo progetto permette a noi giovani ungheresi di crescere con l’esperienza dei tecnici italiani. Sono felicissimo”.
I complimenti sono giunti anche dal team manager Bevilacqua. “Abbiamo un gruppo promettente. Vedo che i tecnici stanno lavorando bene e stiamo crescendo un gruppo di valore”.
Sempre nella linea verde va segnalato il successo, nei giorni scorsi, anche del team Allievi.

INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS WITH YOUNG ZSOMBOR BALOGH

A beautiful success achieved at the end of a decidedly challenging race, with a high-level starting field.
A great satisfaction for the new Italo-Hungarian project, where the young riders bring the first satisfaction to the team of team manager Antonio Bevilacqua. The valorization of Hungarian youth is one of the group’s missions, which sees a Hungarian spirit with Gabor Deak alongside Zoltan Bebto, who believed in the potential of these youngsters guided by Gilberto Simoni, Davide Martinelli, and DS Tamas Safar.
WHO IS BALOGH: Balogh was born in Marcali on April 10, 2006, and is in his second year in the Junior category. A student at the Gymnasium, he lives in Keleviz.
STATEMENTS: Here are the words of the winner that enriched the success already achieved in Hungary by Marcell Takács, 15 days ago.
“What a tough race! We fought throughout the course, with only 15 riders reaching the finish line. We were up against opponents from half of Europe (Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, Serbia, Czech Republic, and Romania). Towards the end, I realized it could be my race. At less than 700 meters, there was a stretch on cobblestones, and I pushed ahead, with the road slightly uphill at 2-3%, taking advantage of some curves.”
The team’s strategy was clear. “I had a free hand since yesterday’s meeting, and the team has always supported me with a perfect finish.”
Dreams for the future. “I continue with the desire to race and do well always. Now I would like to earn a spot in the national team for the European and World Championships.”
Balogh describes himself as: “I consider myself a complete rider, who performs well on climbs of 2-3 kilometers.” His opinion about the team: “This project allows us young Hungarians to grow with the experience of Italian technicians. I’m very happy.”
Compliments also came from team manager Bevilacqua. “We have a promising group. I see that the technicians are working well, and we are building a valuable group.”
Also worth noting is the success, in recent days, of the Youth team MBH Colpack ballan CSB.
